I’m Urvashi, a curious problem-solver who loves designing experiences that make life a little easier and a lot more delightful for users. I treat every project like a puzzle - solving problems, prototyping ideas, and asking way too many “what ifs.” I believe great design starts with a solid “why,” not just a pretty UI.

For me, great design is about balance - form and function, creativity and strategy, user needs and business goals. I believe the best design isn’t just visually elegant - it’s operationally efficient, technically feasible, and deeply considerate of real-world limitations​​​

Redesigned administrative screens in ComplianceWire by converting legacy ASPX interfaces using UL’s design system components leading to improved usability, increased customer retention, and maintaining competitive edge.

Designed and launched 3 major clinical workflows for PureOHS - document review, employee self-scheduling, and HL7 lab imports across web and mobile platforms, improving task efficiency by 50% and driving significant new revenue for the product.

Redesigned configuration screens in PureOHS, enabling faster customer implementations that allowed UL to accelerate time-to-value and reduce onboarding time.
